Carley had the baby!! Carley and baby girl are both doing well!! Please note, Carley will be on maternity leave from the office until the week of Thanksgiving.

If you are directed to leave a message please do so and we will respond as quickly as possible.
Labor Day - The office will be closed on Monday, Sept. 1.
The Vitalis-Health team will be at a conference Tuesday, Sept. 23 through Sunday, Sept. 28. The office will be closing at 12:00 noon on Tuesday, Sept 23 and will be open for normal hours starting Monday, Sept. 29.
